The Linux Organization Discovery Agents can be installed on any individual machine – even if not attached to a centralized network or exposed externally to the Internet – and configured to run scheduled vulnerability scans and feed the results back to the VulScan site.

Once installed, the Discovery Agent can be managed from the RapidFire Tools Portal at the Organization level or directly from the VulScan site using Manage Data Collectors.
The Discovery Agent comes packaged as a tar.gz archive and can be installed on any Linux computer via scripting.
